Why GB Personal Fitness Training is different
I use the latest and most natural approach to exercise called functional fitness training which involves training the body in a natural way and emulating the movements that we use in daily life like: bending, twisting, squatting, pushing and pulling. This type of fitness training uses more muscles and so burns more calories, replicates human movements and so carries over into our daily life, feels natural to perform, and is extremely safe and fun.

Functional fitness training targets more muscles and causes more muscle tissue to tone quicker. Muscle is more metabolically active than body fat and needs 10 times as many calories than fat to live. So functional exercise training leads to immediate calorie expenditure but also helps us to keep burning calories even after our fitness training is over. Bonus!

We will use stability balls, medicine balls, boxing pads, resistance bands, foam rollers, kettlebells and much more as part of your one to one fitness training programme. One thing is for sure it won’t be boring and you won’t be on the floor doing sit-ups.
